AIApply combines tools for preparing job application materials with a separately sold automated application service. Its manual toolkit includes a resume builder, cover letter generation, application kits and mock interview preparation. Auto Apply uses a completed profile and job preferences to search for opportunities and submit applications.
The distinction matters when deciding what you need. A job seeker who wants help rewriting a resume may only need the preparation tools. Someone managing a larger search may also evaluate automated submissions, but should be willing to maintain accurate preferences and inspect what is being sent. Buying one product should not be assumed to include every other part of the platform.
The official Auto Apply guide describes three modes. Auto submits matching applications automatically. Hybrid automatically submits higher-fit matches while requiring approval for lower-fit ones. Review requires approval for every application. These settings let the user choose how closely to supervise the search, and the dashboard records progress.
AIApply's documentation also describes an answer library for completing application questions from profile information and saved responses. Job-specific resume and cover letter tailoring is available through additional products. The tailoring guide explains how a base resume is selected for automated applications. Treat that document as the factual foundation: changing emphasis for a role should not introduce experience you do not have.
Consider an operations analyst looking for hybrid roles near their city. First update the base resume with actual employers, dates, responsibilities and measurable results. Enter the intended role, seniority and location preferences, then prepare truthful saved answers to recurring questions. Begin in Review Mode so you can inspect both the job match and the materials before approving a submission.
If the system proposes a senior management position, adjust the criteria rather than repeatedly sending unsuitable applications. Compare any tailored resume with the original: a relevant reporting project can move higher in the document, while its scope and results should remain accurate. Use the history to track submissions and responses, and pause the search when your circumstances change.
A fit score is a product assessment, not an employer's hiring decision. Review work authorization, location requirements, pay information and responsibilities against the actual posting. An incomplete profile or overly broad criteria can produce applications you would not otherwise choose. Application volume does not establish interview quality or guarantee a job offer.
The service works from the information you supply, so incorrect saved answers can be repeated across submissions. Check questions that require a specific factual declaration. Keep access to the original resume and inspect the submitted documents in the dashboard. Where an application cannot be handled, the billing documentation says failed or unsupported submissions do not consume a credit; that does not mean every employer's process is supported.
The account guide describes limited free access, excluding Auto Apply and Interview Buddy. The Premium toolkit is intended for manual preparation. Auto Apply, tailoring and other products have separate subscription arrangements.
The billing guide explains that a successfully submitted application uses one credit, and automation stops when credits run out.
