Cabina.AI is a workspace for using multiple AI models, comparing their responses and working with text, documents and generated media. It suits a writer checking different treatments of a brief, a researcher exploring questions across uploaded material, or a small team that wants reusable AI tasks without moving between several interfaces.
The chat workspace supports switching models and comparing answers side by side. Cabina also offers writing actions and image tools, including selected-region editing and background changes. These functions use the models and settings available within Cabina; access should not be assumed to reproduce every feature of each provider's separate application.
Documents can be grouped into knowledge bases and used as context for questions. Supported materials include common document and spreadsheet formats, with upload routes from local files and connected drives. Separate bases help keep unrelated projects from being mixed into the same task.
The Skills update describes reusable prompts, custom assistants and specialized workflows. It also introduces Brainstorm 3x, which queries several models and synthesizes their responses. Conversation search helps find earlier prompts, files and answers when returning to a project.
Maestro provides another comparison method: choose the answering models and an AI judge to evaluate their responses. That can expose different interpretations of a brief, but the selected judge is still an AI model. Agreement between models or a preferred answer does not establish factual correctness.
A small software team could place approved product notes and a messaging guide in a dedicated knowledge base. Start by asking for a summary of the supported capabilities and check it against the documents. Resolve missing or contradictory facts before asking for public copy.
Give two models the same audience, length and factual constraints, then compare the drafts. Use Maestro if a structured model comparison is helpful, while reviewing claims and tone yourself. Save a repeatable Skill once the instructions reliably express the team's requirements.
For a later campaign, search the previous conversation and update the source material before reusing the prompt. The MCP connection guide describes how supported AI clients can call Cabina's tools after account authorization or API-key setup. This offers a route for generating assets inside another workflow; it requires configuring that connection rather than merely pasting the website address.
The pricing page describes a free tier, subscriptions and pay-as-you-go access. Cabina tokens are platform billing units for requests, and different models or media operations consume different amounts. Compare the intended tasks and account usage rather than treating a token balance as a fixed number of outputs.
Parallel comparisons and repeated media revisions can consume more capacity than a single text response. Check the active model selection, file handling and account limits before committing a recurring workflow. Keep original documents available so summaries and answers can be reviewed against their actual context.
For confidential material, review the relevant service terms and connected-provider arrangements before uploading it. Cabina organizes access and workflows, but users still need to approve the facts, permissions and suitability of the resulting content.
