Mindtrip is the most complete AI travel planner: chat your way to an itinerary built on 11M+ points of interest, then book hotels through Priceline, activities through Viator and flights in-chat via Sabre. Won a Fast Company Most Innovative award. Web and iOS.

Mindtrip is what most people imagine when they hear "AI travel planner," except it actually ships. You describe the trip in chat, it answers with a real itinerary pinned to a map, and then, the part most rivals fake, you can book: flights with live fares, hotels through Priceline, activities through Viator, restaurant reservations included. In May 2026 it added conversation-led flight search built on Sabre's inventory, and the company picked up a Fast Company Most Innovative award along the way. This is one of the better-funded startups in the space and it shows.
The clever features pile up. "Start Anywhere" turns a screenshot, photo or PDF into the seed of a trip, which is exactly how real planning starts (someone sends you a reel, you want that trip). Group planning gives everyone a shared trip chat plus ideas, comments and likes, and you can tag @Mindtrip in it, so nobody gets steamrolled into a museum day. Receipts forward in by email, saved places import from Google Maps, and an events layer surfaces concerts and markets happening while you're there.
The knowledge base behind it, 11 million-plus points of interest wired to TripAdvisor and Google Places data, keeps suggestions concrete rather than vague. And the booking integrations make it a place you finish planning, not just start. It's free to use on web and iOS. Alongside the consumer app the company runs a business arm selling to hotels and destinations, plus a paid creator programme, so bookings are not the only thing paying for it.
Like every AI planner, it sometimes states things confidently that deserve a check: reviewers (and our reading) flag occasional invented details, so verify hours and specifics before you commit money. Car rentals and tours were still "coming soon" when we visited. And there's no Gmail import or the group expense-splitting some rivals offer; Ribbit covers that side.
The strongest all-round AI planner on this list. If you try only one chat-style travel tool, make it this one.
