A useful starting workflow

Read the complete message aloud after editing; individual improvements can still make the whole paragraph sound uneven.

What to check

A writing suggestion is a choice, not an instruction. Technical terms, dialect and deliberate informal language may need to stay as written. Grammarly can improve expression, but it cannot verify a business promise or supply missing evidence for a claim.
